A splash pad where kids can actively cool off on hot days. A lakeside patio with firepit and great spaces to gather with neighbors for scheduled and unscheduled fun. An any day and every day playscape. A fitness room with weight machines and cardio equipment. A demo kitchen that will be used for resident events and cooking classes or tastings. A great room that is going to be, well, great! A full-time Lifestyle Director will keep a regular calendar of resident events that will make the most of all that Carriage House has to offer.
