November Construction Update

Construction is well underway on Carriage House! Our amenity center will be at the heart of Sandbrock Ranch and the place where friends and neighbors gather for daily fun and special festivities. Carriage House’s great room will feature a large stone fireplace perfect for cool evenings, cozy seating areas to relax, and tables for play or work. There will also be a demonstration kitchen for resident events and classes. The fitness room will be chock-full with all the latest in cardio and weight equipment. And it will have great views of our two fully-stocked fishing lakes. Outside, there is a giant lakeside patio with a firepit, a shaded “back porch,” and a playscape for the kids. The summer-time fun will happen at our resort-style pool with beach entry, infinity edge and sun shelf seating. Cushioned lounge chairs will surround the pool and pergolas will provide shaded seating. A splash-pad will be an active way to stay cool on warm days. We’ve planned for big scale fun too with food truck parking, an event lawn and a recreation field.
