We couldn’t be happier that our very own Community Manager, Tom Czaus, has been honored with the 2023 Newcomer Community Manager Award by the Dallas Fort Worth Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (DFW CAI). The award is presented each year to someone “who has been a manager for less than two years and who has exhibited an extraordinary level of professionalism, dedication, and service” in that time.
Obviously, we think that describes Tom to a T, and we’re proud to see that DFW CAI agrees! The organization recognized Tom’s exceptional dedication and service at the 2023 DFW CAI Awards Gala on June 1 when he received the award. Today, we wanted to give all of our readers and community members an opportunity to join us in celebrating Tom’s well-deserved achievement—an honor that highlights the passion and commitment that our entire team brings to enhancing life at Sandbrock Ranch!
The Community Associations Institute, founded in 1973, is an international organization dedicated to building vibrant, responsive, and welcoming communities by assisting community associations of all sizes all over the world. With chapters in areas around the globe, including Canada, South Africa, and the Middle East, CAI pursues its mission partly through these awards, which honor exceptional individuals who “promote the value and importance of building better communities.”
